1. About TagMyRun

TagMyRun is a photo analysis tool for race and sports photographers. It is available as a web service at tagmyrun.com and as a desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. By using TagMyRun you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

By using TagMyRun, you confirm that:

• You have permission to process the photos you use with the service.
• You will not use the service for anything illegal or abusive.
• You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

If you are using TagMyRun on behalf of a club, team, or event, you are responsible for having the necessary rights to the images and data.

3. Ownership of photos and results

• You retain all rights to your photos.
• TagMyRun does not claim ownership of any images you process.
• All results generated by the service are yours to use as you see fit.

4. Accounts and purchases

• One account is issued per email address.
• Your account credentials are personal and should not be shared with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or revoke any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected misuse, unauthorised access, or any activity we consider harmful to the service or its users.
• If you lose access to your account, you can request recovery via your registered email address.

Purchases

• Additional usage credits can be purchased online.
• All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Before expiry, you may request a free 12-month extension by contacting us. Credits may not be extended beyond 24 months from the original purchase date.

TagMyRun reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

5. Desktop application

The desktop application may modify the metadata of your image files as part of its normal operation. While it is designed to be non-destructive:

• We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original photos before processing.
• TagMyRun is not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or unintended changes to your files.
• You are responsible for reviewing results before applying them, especially when processing large batches.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

TagMyRun is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of results, availability of the service, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results are intended as assistance, not as a substitute for your own review.

TagMyRun is currently in early beta. Features may change without notice and there is no uptime or support guarantee.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TagMyRun and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. When that happens, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of TagMyRun after changes means you accept the updated terms.
